What We Do
 
What we attempt to do is improve the level of athletic performance by emphasizing individual success and motivation.  Our motto is " Success is not determined by how well one does against another, but rather is measured only against oneself."
Coordination, Strength and Speed
 
Sport Village focuses on the development of coordination, strength and speed from an "all-around" perspective that is vital for athletes in all sports.   The club offers two unique instruction programs: a 2-week block and a 5-week block.   Each is designed to the athlete's individual needs and interests.
Competition Event Preparation
 
The 2-week training block consists of participation in several "learn-by-doing" exercises emphasizing speed enhancement and specific strength techniques that can be carried over to any sport.   The 5-week block will offer extensive speed development instruction, complete with competitive activity and high level recreation for the track athlete.
Sessions Designed For Specificity
 
Development and training plans are created based upon analyzed performance data received from tests conducted during the first week of Sport Village.   These plans will include specific units of work and determine the calibration requirements for support apparatus used in training.
